OBJECTIVES: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to review the use of passive and practice doing the exercises of passive voice well. 1. Knowledge: Grammar : - Types of passive 2. Competence: - Students will be able to revise the language they have learnt - Develop the ability of presentation, pair work and group work. . Practising doing exercises. 3. Quality/ behavior : Having the serious attitude toward studying ,SS are hard- working ; cooperative; sociable; good communication. II. TEACHING AIDS: - Teacher: Laptop, TV - Students : posters,pens . III. PROCEDURE: 1. WARM UP & INTRODUCTION (5’) *Aims: Introduction - To lead Ss to the topic of the review - Help Ss have good mood. * Content: Ss recognize active and passive sentences as quickly as possible * Outcome: Having a chance to focus on the topic of the lesson.. * Organisation :Teacher’s instructions
- Teacher’s & Student’s activities Content - T shows a picture and elicits Ss Ms Thenh gave students presents. Students were given presents by Ms Thenh. Ss find the topic of the lesson. Active sentences Passive sentences - T shows some active and passive sentences then asks Ss to work in groups and devide the sentences into 2 groups 1. Để chuyển từ câu chủ động sang câu bị động, cần nắm chắc các bước chuyển sau: + Bước 1: Xác định tân ngữ trong câu chủ động (tân ngữ đứng sau động từ chính của câu). + Bước 2: Lấy tân ngữ của câu chủ động xuống làm chủ ngữ của câu bị động. + Bước 3: Thêm động từ “ to be” được chia theo thì của động từ trong câu chủ động. + Bước 4: Động từ trong câu chủ động đổi sang dạng VpII. + Bước 5: Chủ ngữ của câu chủ động đổi xuống làm tác nhân “ by + O “ và đặt theo trật tự sau nếu có:
